The main house has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and two baths.
The pool pavilion includes a tiled steam room with seating for six or more people, a marble restroom, and a covered loggia with views of the saline pool.
The pergola provides not only a lovely shaded garden area and one of the grounds’ numerous focal points, but also a practical open-air multi-purpose party area.
The wet bar connects to the formal dining room and provides outdoor service to the loggia and poolside, making it the ideal venue for dawn to evening entertaining.
The tennis pavilion features a tennis equipment storage/changing room, a large washroom, and a large loggia for spectators or a tennis themed brunch or luncheon.
Accommodations:
The property may sleep up to four couples. The weekly rental rate was calculated using a three-room, six-person occupancy.
Adults only, please, and pets are not permitted.
Breakfast is included every day. Lunch and supper preparation and service: For each meal, the cook and a service worker would be available. $1000 for the week, including cost of food We will deliver meal samples.
Personal goods are washed twice a week by guests. Wireless internet connection is accessible around the clock. There is a free unlimited VoIP phone service in the United States and Canada (voice over internet protocol). The daily maid is present. On-site gardener/night watchman, major domo, and bilingual property manager are all included.
Special services, such as tennis lessons, on-site professional massage, personal fitness trainer, manicure and pedicure, can be arranged with previous notice and payment. Day trips to Tlaquepaque, Tonala, and Guadalajara are available as well as local shopping.
